Yoga Nidra - The path to Self Love

This ancient Meditation technique allows you to release yourself from the physical body and enter into your pure being. I will guide you through various visualizations from which we will enter a deep state of meditation, relaxation, and arrive at higher states of consciousness. 

Through Yoga Nidra the practitioner can experience release of emotional and physical blocks, increased energy, awareness of ones hidden or forgotten truth, body-mind-soul harmony, a sense of overall health, joy, and wellbeing. 

Join me on this journey deep within, let yourself remember who you really are and let that light shine bright. 

Note: Please were comfortable clothing. A satisfied belly is optimal, not hungry but not to full ;-) 

Level: No experience required. Everyone is welcome.
