Jolanda Gamma

Guest teacher

I was born 1987 in Lucerne. Since my childhood I have been a very active person and always loved being outdoors in nature doing what I loved most. My favourite activities are yoga, rock climbing, mountain biking, skiing and hiking.

Through my profession as a physiotherapist, I have been engaged with the human body, health and well-being for a long time.

During my training to become a yoga instructor, a lot of things have become very clear to me. To be healthy and well balanced, we not only need physical activities, we also need stillness that we can find through our breathing.

What advice do you give to yoga beginners?

Get inspired from my different yoga courses and find a better way to listen to your body to be one with your mind and body.
