At LIV lab we celebrate flexibility not only on the mat but also with our Memberships; Our Memberships are flex, that means you can enjoy all and any classes you wish from the regular class schedule and within the duration of your Membership.

All of our services can be paid for at the check-in desk, before or after a class, and also online before your visit. In order to buy a class or Membership online, a valid credit card is needed. If you are new and would like to register, please click «Members Login» on the upper right hand side of the screen and create your account. You will then be able to fill in your credit card information and then you’re all set ! Please note that discounted prices and memberships – ex. Student discount – cannot be paid for online.  A valid ID card must be shown in person at the desk.

Would you like to deepen your Yoga practice with a teacher of your choice? Examine in depth a few asanas? Learn more about Pranayama or Yoga Philosophy? Do you need some support in your practice after an injury, or maybe would like to learn more about using props? Then a private lesson is just the right thing for you. During 60 minutes, the teacher of your choice will support you according to your needs and wishes.

• Possible days and times (please see Class schedule – note that private lessons can only be booked when no classes/events are taking place).
• Preferred teacher and language
• Personal focus of your private lesson
