Leevke Stutz

Yoga teacher

I started roller figure skating at the age of five. Competitive sports have shaped me for a very long time. But it was only with Yoga that I was able to listen to my body and mind without the pressure of performance and expectations and do what does me good. The connection of body, mind and soul, the power of breathing and the Yoga philosophy have inspired me for many years. Standing on the mat brings me deep satisfaction and inner peace. The holistic approach of Yoga helps me to stay healthy and to find myself again and again.

Do you have any tips for Yoga newbies?

Yoga is not a question of age or fitness, but a question of attitude. Embark on the Yoga journey without expectations and always listen to your own body.
