I discovered the world of Yoga during my studies in 2015. In the beginning it was the physical aspect that fascinated me. Only later, on my trip around the world and during my training as a Yoga teacher in Nepal, Yoga unfolded as my personal approach to life.
Through my training in Nepal, Yoga became a way to get to know myself better and find my personal balance. Yoga means for me to connect body and mind and to take time for myself. Yoga also means for me to share fun and joy of life with each other.
My Yoga mat has always accompanied me in my daily life and helps me to keep calm and inner balance. I also like to take my yoga mat with me when I travel and discover new places, cultures and life stories.
Do you have any tips for Yoga newbies?
Just try it and see what happens. Maybe you discover a whole new world. And for those who have some experience on the mat: Enter your Yoga practice with patience, love and a smile. And you will find challenging «Asana» positions much easier ;-)
