Early in my life I was asked to look behind what was presented to my eyes. So I always found alternative healing methods, mental and physical movements and developments very healing.
Early on I followed my wanderlust and discovered the world for several years. I worked on ships and also travelled around with my rucksack during my holidays. This is how my yoga adventure began.

In Hong Kong I found a harbour for some years. I dived into this world and out again – with many impressions, traditional knowledge from the Asian culture and newly learned from the Yoga world as well as from Chinese healing methods.
When I did a further training in Forrest Yoga, with Ana Forrest and Jose Calarco, my whole body awareness changed. I found healing in many areas, spiritually, in my heart and my body.

Today I teach Forrest Yoga, Yin Yoga and Navakarana Vinyasa. I work freelance and move wherever my nomadic heart goes – as a yoga teacher, stylist and artist.

Do you have any tips for Yoga newbies?

Be honest with yourself and connect with your breath. Trust your body, stay present during your yoga practice. This strengthens the relationship to yourself. You can heal and everything can unfold naturally in its own rhythm.
