I had my first Yoga experience when I was sixteen. At that time my practice and focus was very different. It has truly been a journey, to be continued. I never thought I would teach myself someday.
What I always knew, my heart beats faster when I move (physically or mentally) and interacting and engaging more intensely with myself and others.

With my calm, charismatic being, and a whole lot of positive energy, I want to inspire you. Yoga has really changed my life. And I believe it is more than just physical exercise. It's a spiritual journey that helps us deepen our relationship with ourselves and our surroundings
in order to live self-empowered and free.

My approach includes both powerful, energetic, and soft-intuitive elements. I like to integrate elements from other movement styles and spiritual practices, as I come from a very versatile background. My goal is to help you bring joy and mindfulness from your mat
into your everyday life. I am convinced; The practice only works if you do it :)

 

What advice do you give to yoga beginners?

Yoga is a way of life that lasts a lifetime. What are we running away from, and what are we running toward?
Pause for a moment. Sit down and relax. Smell the air. Look around you. Take a deep breath in and out. This state of mind called Yoga can’t be found anywhere else but here. The moment opens itself for you. Will you step in?
