This workshop will cover the essential practice, theory and philosophy of Agni Sara as well as touching on the tradition practices of Akunchana Prasarana, the Bandhas and Nauli.
Level: Practitioners of all levels of experience are welcome.
Notes: Attendees are requested to eat nothing from 1PM in the afternoon of the day of the workshop, to allow the body to be well prepared for these practices.
