Sacred Ways' Breathwork Ceremonies are deeply profound experiences of individual and collective healing through magical soundscapes; let thy breath be thy medicine and guide you to your innate wisdom within.
Conscious Connected Breathwork / Conscious Energy Breathing or Rebirthing is perhaps the most valuable self-healing ability that humans can learn. We place great importance on a safe space where you feel supported to take a journey to your deepest (highest) Self, accompanied by the healing properties of Sound and Rhythm, using your own breath in a most sacred way. Conscious Energy Breathing is a natural healing ability we all have access to; this ability involves merging the inhale with the exhale in an intuitive way that floods the body with the cosmic energy of the source of all that is.
Effects of transpersonal Breathwork include :
- inducing higher states of consciousness
- resolve stored trauma
- transform old patters through your breath
- restore balance in your energetic system
- working through emotional blockages
- bring your breathing patter in tune again

Level: No previous experience is necessary.
Contraindications: Severe heart and circulatory diseases, heart surgery, pacemakers, high blood pressure, epilepsy, psychotic diseases, borderline disorders, glaucoma. If you are pregnant, please get in touch with us beforehand before signing up for this group session.
Notice: Please only eat light food before and please take a water bottle with you for afterwards. If you forgot these, no problem, we offer you tea and water in the studio.
